Some amazing big game trophies mounted on the walls of Foster's Big Horn Cafe in Rio Vista, CA. The owner of this place died but not before he met Ernest Hemingway in Africa on a big game hunt.

This is part of a collection from big game hunting years back before animal rights came to the forefront -- or Planet of the Apes...There are many animal trophies at Foster's Big Horn Cafe in Rio Vista, CA, where the initial owner met Hemingway in Africa on a safari.

While I am saddened about this type of hunting, I am amazed at the beauty of the animals and feel overawed at viewing the different species.

Hello. I'm an artist with camera/computer/artistic eye...I figure anyone can take a photograph -- it's what they do with it that makes it art.
