This is part of a collection from big game hunting years back before animal rights came to the forefront -- or Planet of the Apes...There are many animal trophies at Foster's Big Horn Cafe in Rio Vista, CA, where the initial owner met Hemingway in Africa on a safari. While I am saddened about this type of hunting, I am amazed at the beauty of the animals and feel overawed at viewing the different species.

Hello. I'm an artist with camera/computer/artistic eye...I figure anyone can take a photograph -- it's what they do with it that makes it art. At times I find myself dangling from cliffs, hanging onto branches, lying in the middle of a road, straddling a barbed-wire fence, even driving down the road (I know...inattentive driving!), all for the love of art...
