I was riding with a friend just out of Pt. Angeles, WA and we were skirting Crescent Lake heading towards Forks. I shouted "stop the car" which resulted in this amazing photograph with dark and light contrast, a survivor leaf dangling from the bare branches of this fragile tree.

Hello. I'm an artist with camera/computer/artistic eye...I figure anyone can take a photograph -- it's what they do with it that makes it art. At times I find myself dangling from cliffs, hanging onto branches, lying in the middle of a road, straddling a barbed-wire fence, even driving down the road (I know...inattentive driving!), all for the love of art...
